Immerse the tube in warm water (max 60°C) for a few minutes. If already pierced, screw the cap on tight before immersing. While it warms, clean your denture with soap and water, brush it, and dry it completely. It must be dry for proper adhesion.
Pierce the seal with the pointed tip of the cap, creating a wide hole so the gel flows freely. If it's still too thick, recap and warm the tube again.
Squeeze near the fold and push out a ball about the size of a large cherry. After a few applications you'll dial in the right amount.
Using both thumbs, press and spread the gel into an even layer across the entire surface of the denture. Press firmly along all edges for stronger suction. For lower dentures, roll the gel into a strip first, then spread and press along the edges with your fingers.
Moisten your mouth before inserting. Once seated, close your teeth and press firmly with your lips to set it in place. Any excess will push out from the edges.
